1. Acceptance of terms

Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Suite B, C1043AAZ, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, we ask that you do not use the Platform.
2. Description of service
Corvexiovara is a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate projects in Argentina. Through the Platform, users can access information about different collaborative investment opportunities related to the construction, renovation, and development of real estate. Corvexiovara does not act as a financial institution, bank, or securities agent. The Platform functions as a technological intermediation medium between the parties involved.
3. Participation requirements
To use the Platform services, you must: (a) be over 18 years of age under Argentine law; (b) provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information; (c) have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Corvexiovara reserves the right to verify the information provided and to reject or cancel access to users who fail to meet these requirements.
4. Investment risks
Real estate crowdlending carries inherent risks that you should consider before participating. These include: (a) risk of partial or total loss of invested capital; (b) liquidity risk, as investments may not be easily convertible to cash; (c) risk associated with the performance of the real estate project, which may be affected by economic, regulatory, or market factors; (d) risk of delays in estimated project completion timelines. Past or projected returns do not guarantee future results.
5. User obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to: (a) use the website solely for legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations; (b) not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or restricted areas; (c) not reproduce, distribute, or modify Platform content without express authorization; (d) not use the Platform to transmit illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights; (e) maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including texts, designs, logos, images, trademarks, and software, is the property of Corvexiovara S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law No. 11,723) and applicable international treaties. 7. Limitation of liability
Corvexiovara shall not be liable for: (a) direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform; (b) the performance or results of investments made; (c) service interruptions, technical errors, or security failures beyond our reasonable control; (d) the content of third-party websites linked from the Platform. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform or the interpretation of these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Corvexiovara reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes implies your acceptance thereof.
